In this video I will guide you through the process of applying for health coverage through the website. Brought to you by Colonial Heritage Insurance Group. The following slideshow is an easy to understand step-by-step walkthrough of the website. To start the application process, you’ll click the “Log in” button at the top right of the page. On the next page click “Don’t have an account”. Select your state of residency. Fill in your personal information. Read the Privacy Policy and click “I Understand”. Go ahead and create your account. Check your email. Log into your email associated with your account. Click the link, and a new page should pop up that looks like this. hit “continue”. Log in with your credentials. Read “Terms and Conditions” and accept or decline. Click the green button that says “Visit the Marketplace for Individuals and Families”. Hit “Yes” Since we’re trying to get coverage for the 2015 year. Double check your state of residency, and if you have any questions about residency, feel free to call us Toll Free at 1-855-313-5995 or email us from the address listed below. Here’s some information you may need to have handy. Hit “Next”. Your identity has been verified. Read through the “Privacy and Use of your Information” and Hit agree if you do and then “Take me to the Application”. This is some useful information I found to help smeone better calculate their earnings, go ahead and pause the video or come back to this slide later. Fill in the information below about your household select weather you are single, or married.How many tax dependents you’ll have on your 2015 tax return, which does not include your spouse or you. How much income you’ll be making this year. And I suggest you hit “Yes” here, since this is how we’re going to get you your subsidies. Go ahead and click “Continue”. Now the screen will scroll down a bit. Select your answers. And on question number 4 hit yes, because you’ll need to file a 2015 tax return. And hit “Continue”. Here you’ll check your information. And this next section is often missed. It’s where you’ll make sure our agency gets credit for helping you. For this example, I’ll be using the owner of Colonial Heritage Insurance Group’s agent information. There are two small boxes you can check. The first is for paperless and the second box you’ll check if another person is helping you with complete your application. For the first name, type in T-A-M-M-Y. no need for a middle name. For the last name L-E-W-I-N. No suffix. And in the drop box choose “Agent or Broker”. No organization name. And in the next box we’ll enter all under case, t-a-m-m-y-.-l-e-w-i-n. And finally the last box will be a set of numbers 17032693. Just a reminder: Check your information here. Click the second box and enter in our information right here. Feel free to pause the video or come back, I’ll link the time below in the description, so it’s easier to find again. Go ahead and enter in your permanent address and select if it is your mailing address as well. Check and update your information. And hit “Continue”. This next section is about your income. Feel free to go back and look at the Modified Adjusted Gross Income Page. The link is also below. Be sure to hit save, and select weather or not you’ll have any deductions for 2015. And confirm your yearly income. “Continue”. Select these answers and “Continue”. Select more answers here. Just a reminder: If you have any questions at all, feel free to call us. We’re really here to help. Go ahead and Review the renewal and coverage statement and agree or disagree. “Review Your Application”. Check your information again. It’s always good to double and triple check everything. Select “Yes” or “No” for the statements below. Select “Yes” or “No” for Sign and Submit. Type your name in order to sign your application and hit submit. Now it’s time to view Eligibility Results. It should pop up as a download letter. After you’ve reviewed your results, hit “Continue to Enrollment” Hit “Set” to confirm your tax credit amount. Read the statement and hit “Continue”. Select “Yes” Since we’re wanting to use all of our premium tax credits. And hit “Use This Amount”. “Confirm your Tax Credit Amount”. Next you’ll hit “Set” to answer more questions about your household. When your finished this page will pop up again and you’ll be able to hit “Set” for select a health insurance plan 1. The next page will look similar to this. There’s a nice box you can check to compare plans. When you find the perfect plan, hit the “Enroll” button. And this will pop up. Go ahead and confirm your health plan. If you want dental, now’s the time to hit “set” for this. A similar page will pop up to this page. Compare your plans and Enroll like before. And now it’s time to review and confirm your coverage by clicking “Set” here. Review your order and read through it carefully and make sure everything is accurate. And click that you understand. “Confirm”. Read these statements and select weather you agree or disagree. Read them carefully! Go ahead and type your name here to sign the document. Finally we’ve completed your application! Pay your first premium and wait to be contacted by someone within a week. If you don’t hear back from them, give us a call or shoot us an email and we’ll help you figure it out.

    I'm sorry, this website is a piece of fucking crap. Forgot password, finally get new password, try to log on, it says your account creation is incomplete, click on the link from the email from two years ago, any get

    A W F U L. I mean look at some of the errors message and how they're written "Please wait and click on the link…" Please wait? Wait a day? Wait a moment? Who designed this piece of fucking garbage? Who wrote these error messages? Who engineered this garbage?
