Reply Frank Montez says: June 2, 2019 at 5:19 pm I've diabetes type 2 and NP told me to exercise even though i work as construction manual laborer .I do the eating healthy part but I'm exhausted by the end of my work day . Another provider told me diabetes type 2 my muscles can't get the sugar from my blood so that may be why muscles feel tired ? I'm also testing myself with a meter a few times a day .
