Olive Oil, Vegetable Oil, Canola Oil, Which Do I Choose? – Diabetes Center for Children at CHOP

>>THE BEST TYPE OF OIL TO
CHOOSE COULD BE A CANOLA OIL OR IT COULD BE AN OLIVE OIL. THESE ARE GREAT CHOICES. YOU CAN TRY SAUTéING
VEGETABLES WITH OIL, OR YOU CAN MIX THEM
IN FOR A SALAD DRESSING FOR A GREAT TREAT.

  1. Oscar Santiago says:

    Thank you!

  2. Rudy Get says:

No, throw the canola oil away. It's gmo and has omaga 6, which causes inflammation.

NEVER use vegetable oils: Canola (rapeseed), corn, crisco, etc.
Fruit oils are what you want: olive, avocado, coconut oils.
